Collaboration Agreement And Terms For Creating And Publishing A BookBetween:The Co-Authorship Program (hereinafter referred to as "Coordinator") and the authors mentioned below (hereinafter referred to as "Authors")

1. General Description of the Project1.1. The Authors agree to participate in the Co-Authorship Program, which operates as a non-profit educational and awareness initiative. The goal is to create and publish a book with contributions from several authors. The book will be published on Amazon KDP or similar platforms.
2. Role of the Coordinator2.1. The Coordinator provides organizational and technical support for the project, acting solely as an organizer of a non-profit initiative.
2.2. The Coordinator does not bear any responsibility for the content of the book, including any texts submitted by the authors. The responsibility for the content of the book lies with each author individually.
3. Responsibilities of the Author3.1. The Authors agree to provide their contribution in the form of text corresponding to the book's theme and to confirm that all materials used do not infringe copyright and comply with the law.
3.2. The Author assumes full responsibility for the legal validity of their section of the text, including, but not limited to:
- Compliance with copyright laws,
- Absence of defamation or other legal violations,
- Accuracy of presented facts,
- Respect for third-party rights (confidentiality, non-disclosure of personal information, etc.).
3.3. The Author agrees not to use materials that could be considered unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise legally unacceptable.
4. Liability of the Parties4.1. The Coordinator is not responsible for:
- The content, accuracy, quality, or legality of the text submitted by the Author,
- Any consequences resulting from the application or interpretation of the information presented in the book,
- Violations of copyright, privacy rights, or other third-party rights related to the use of the Author's materials.
4.2. The Authors agree that the Coordinator is not liable for any claims, damages, costs, or legal consequences arising from violations related to the content of the book or the section written by the Authors.
4.3. The Authors acknowledge that their participation in the project is voluntary, and they fully understand the risks associated with creating and publishing the book including, but not limited to:
- Time and Effort (significant time investment required for writing, editing, and reviewing the content; potential delays),
- Reputation (possible criticism, misrepresentation of expertise),
- Legal Risks (copyright or IP issues if content is copied),
- Content Sensitivity (controversial topics, risk of misinterpretation).
5. Financial Terms5.1. The primary purpose of this book is to strengthen the personal brands of the authors and contribute to public knowledge. It is not intended as a profit-making activity.
5.2. Participation fees are contributions to cover organizational and technical costs of preparing and publishing the book.
5.3. If there are any proceeds from sales (e.g., through Amazon KDP), such proceeds will be used exclusively to cover expenses of the project or reinvested into further non-profit initiatives.
6. Rights to Content6.1. The Authors retain the copyright to their section of the book but grant the Coordinator an unlimited right to use the content for publishing and distribution on platforms such as Amazon KDP, in all languages and formats.
6.2. The Authors guarantee that they hold all necessary rights to the submitted content and that it does not violate the rights of third parties, including copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
7. Responsibilities of the Coordinator7.1. The Coordinator agrees to publish the book through their account on Amazon KDP or similar platforms, handling the technical aspects of publication and uploading the content.
7.2. The Coordinator will not alter the text provided by the authors, except for corrections necessary for formatting the book or improving its structure (e.g., to improve readability or comply with platform requirements).
8. Disclaimer8.1. The book is an educational and informational project. It is not professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
8.2. The Coordinator and the Authors are not responsible for any adverse consequences, damages, or losses resulting from the use or interpretation of the information provided in this book.
8.3. Readers should always consult qualified professionals (including healthcare providers) before making any decisions related to health or other issues discussed in the book.
9. Confidentiality and Data Protection9.1. All personal data provided by the Authors will be used exclusively for the purposes of the project and will not be shared with third parties without the prior consent of the Authors, except as required by law.
10. Dispute Resolution10.1. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiations between the parties. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute will be resolved in court according to the location of the Coordinator.
11. Miscellaneous11.1. This agreement may only be modified or supplemented with the written consent of both parties.
11.2. All notices regarding the terms of this agreement should be sent in writing to the parties' email addresses.
12. Authorization for Publication12.1. The Authors explicitly request and grant permission for the book to be published through the Coordinator’s Amazon KDP account.
12.2. The Authors acknowledge that this arrangement is solely for administrative purposes and does not confer the status of publisher or author to the Coordinator.
12.3. The Authors remain the primary contributors and recognized authors of the book, with their names credited accordingly.
12.4. The Coordinator agrees to handle the publication process transparently and in alignment with the terms of this agreement.
