Writing and publishing a book usually costs tens of thousands of dollars — too much for doctors in Africa. We reduced it to $1,500 per person, but even that is high. Therefore we launched a special fundraising campaign to create books that raise medical awareness among African doctors and patients.

How It Works
Fundraising
A fundraising campaign is launched with a goal of $3,000 to cover the costs of creating and publishing a book on a specific medical specialty. (Specialties are continuously added in new campaigns.)
Anyone can make a contribution starting from $150.
Once the $3,000 goal is reached, the creation and publication of the book begin.
Each donor residing in an African country receives a gift — the right to participate in writing this book as a co-author, contributing their own topics and chapters.

Authors submit their final texts for publication. Submission deadlines are mandatory.

Your contributions are used exclusively to cover the costs of creating, editing, and publishing a book in your medical specialty. The Co-Authorship Project is non-profit, and its organizers do not receive any financial gain.
As a token of appreciation, you’ll have the opportunity to become a co-author of a book in your specialty, which will be published on Amazon USA. Your name will appear among the authors, and the book will become your lifelong professional asset.
Unfortunately, no. For other countries, we have a separate option (link). This gift is available only to those currently residing in Africa.
Important: Donations are voluntary and NOT a payment for publication. The opportunity to become a co-author is given as a gift in recognition of your support for the project.

In our “Standard” option — 5 people per book. In the “Africa” option — 20 people. $3,000 = $150 × 20 participants. Each author writes 2 chapters of 1,000–2,000 words each.
